Robyn Biener and Alicia Greene began their real estate careers and became friends in 1980 and a team in 1984. In the early 90's, Alicia and Robyn were involved in developing high end homes in the South Bay area and currently do remodels in various areas. Robyn and Alicia are not only residents of Manhattan Beach they both are very active in local community activities;
- Active in local Synagogue, Church, local school fundraisers, and Revlon Run/Walk for Breast Cancer
- Members of local philanthropic organizations such as Sandpipers, Manhattan Education Foundation,
- Participate in local sporting events such as Marine League Tennis and Richstone Run/Walk
- Volunteer in school activities whenever possible
